Open to everyone, you must be able to capsize and swim. Duncan (L3 surf coach) and myself will want to surf but coaching will be possible throughout the day
Covid rules are changing slightly for wales. We will be allowed to meet in groups of 6 regardless of household so only 4 allowed.
You will need Surf/white water kayak, paddle, spray deck, BA, helmet, wetsuit as a minimum (water is very cold!) Food/drink
