Sea Boat Summer Evening peer paddle - MONTFORD TO FRANKWELL

Please note change to the previously advertised plan - this is now a trip from Montford Bridge to Frankwell, approx. 12 miles.

Time is meet time, 18:00 at MONTFORD BRIDGE, to be on the water for 18:30. Late arrivals may not get the opportunity to paddle. Note that this paddle is subject to change. We will send out an update if it does.

Duncan Smalley, Martin Tidswell and Peter Slack will meet earlier to provide a shuttle for the drivers to pick up their cars at Montford.

This is a Peer Paddle that will change to a Club Paddle if a qualified coach is available.

Ideally ability to self rescue, and to paddle 12 miles.

If a beginner, please email Peter to confirm a coach or leader available on the event.

Two of these sessions are free before we ask you to sign up as a member. These sessions run through the summer every Monday.

If required boat, paddle, spray deck and buoyancy aid provided by the Club for £7.50 charge, payable at booking. 

Please bring non-cotton clothes for paddling in, footwear for paddling in (essential), water proof jacket and warm change of clothes.
