DATE CHANGE TO SUN 22 AUG

Nick Morrall and Grant McKelvie are organising a trip to the Glaslyn on SUN 22nd August, meeting at Llyn Dinas at 10am and paddling down to Beddgelert.

Possible camping night of 20th if there is a campsite about with availability - will advise those who book on to the event. 

The Glaslyn is grade 2/3 water, full extent of trip will depend on extent of experience of paddler. Plenty of information about the river at

This is BOTH a CLUB TRIP and PPER TRIP.

The Club Trip which will be led is currently limited to 8 participants, however if more coaches/leaders are available then this will be increased. If the Club Trip bookings get filled up then please book onto the waiting list.

The Peer Trip is not limited to numbers. As usual, a peer paddler is responsible for their own decisions and safety on the water, however as usual when paddling as a group there will be a couple of paddlers around to help reunite paddlers with boats if a swim is taken.

An ability to paddle at Jackfield and the Dee is probably a good benchmark to enjoy the day.

If you need club kit then please book it out and collect on the previous Monday at the summer evening session.
