For those able to paddle a racing/ski/sea boat for about an hour (without too many capsizes).
To/from Frankwell.
Required equipment: racing boat (or ski or fast sea kayak), buoyancy aid, paddle (club kit available, £7.50 hire applies)
Wear warm, non-cotton clothing, possibly with a wind proof layer if colder.
Bring a change of clothes for afterwards.
