Nick and Grant (supported by other Leaders) are organising another WW series targeted at developing WW paddlers. Suitable for all those who attended the Winter Series, and anyone who has done some flat water paddling and is confident with a wet exit.
The intention is to cement WW basic skills at Jackfield (Severn), before progressing to skills development at Mile End Mill (Dee), a 'run from the top' for those ready to defeat the Serpent, before a finale for those safe to do so (by invite) with small groups on the Lower Tryweryn.
Day 1 - 9 April - Jackfield
Day 2 - 30 April - Jackfield
Day 3 - 14 May - MEM all day
Day 4 - 28 May - MEM Run from Horseshoes to MEM
Day 5 - 11 June - Lower T - EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST ONLY AT THIS STAGE
This is Day 1 - Jackfield. Places are limited to 10 Led / Coached (Club Trip) places. There will also be a Peer Paddle that is open to the broader Club membership - noting that Peer Paddlers are responsible for their own decisions on the water.
You don't need to commit to all of the series. Join us on those you can. Nick will have a discussion with you individually about whether ready to run Serpents Tail or join the Lower T trip at the appropriate time.
Club equipment is available to hire from the Club. We will make arrangements to open the containers in the week leading up to the event.
