paddle for anyone who has been a couple of weeks on a monday night from SUP canoe and kayak and even sea kayak

if you have transport issues re craft please let Dereck or David C know and we will try and accommodate some movement of crafts etc#

you will need a boat (and if SUP a waist line) , suitable clothing if wetsuits or drysuits possibly a change of clothing at the end if other clothing ie quick drying  rash clothes etc then spare pair on the journey and also at the end.# BA, paddle , food, drinks sun hat or rainhat sun protection and insect replant  and sense of humour .

its around 12 miles of not very assisted water  with one pesky corner bar that great fun suitable for children with a adult.
