suitable canoe, and kayak for anyone who can paddle around 10 miles  there is a optional choice of going down 2 weirs dependent on level experience or  a portage around.

you will need Hemet's, BA, paddle suitable clothing and spare clothing kayak or canoe food drink  sense of  humour and sensible shoes for portage if needed.
