#Shepaddles Pool session!!!!!! A pool session for ladies only, with female coaches and leaders present to support an coach. 

Pool sessions are great to work on confidence in capsizes, rescues and those that want to start rolling.

Session starts at 16:00 so please be pool side ready for 3:50-55

Suggest for comfort wear shorts and tshirts, shortie wetsuits or rash vest. Also remember goggles and a nose clip, preferably tied to your goggles!

Boats, paddles and Spray decks all provided. You must bring sense of humour.

Can always finish with a beverage in one of Shrewsbury finest food/drink providers if you've got the time/pass.
