FINISHING AT - Abermule 

SUITABLE FOR - any craft & paddler that can paddle some moving water for about 10 miles, with, depending on river levels, some rocky scrappy sections. Very suitable for kayak & canoe, paddles boards welcome, as are long boats

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING- suitable clothes for the weather, safety gear to suit you, personal first aid kit, helmet, BA, sup waist leash. food & drink, money for car park in Newtown, ( layby at Abermule )
