this will be a peer paddle by the 3Ds due to one grade 3 on the river 

the plan is to paddle the short section of the river seven around 10 k from LLanidoes post code ESY18 6HG ( water levels permitting)  

some white water and some placid paddling involved.

passing farms, ford  a railway bridge ( disused) and the famous small little canyon or gorge( grade 3ww)  and a modern weir both are portage able and the rest of the trip is the more familiar style of the 3 D'S. n.b if water levels are too low we will move downriver possibly starting at pool Quay 

you will need 

playboat/ crossover kayak/ white water kayak/ canoe 

helmet, BA paddle, spare clothing ( with you in boat ) or drysuit/ cag and dry trousers or wetsuit and cag.

Food ( and breakfast stop ) 

personal first aid kit/ and if you have throw lines etc 

sensible shoes as will be slippy on mud
