M&M trip (Matt & Marc) will be running a whitewater trip up to the Lake District in November.

We are staying at the Great Langdale Bunkhouse, situated perfectly for lots of excellent rivers in the area.

The exact plan will depend on the group and water levels, but we'll be aiming to paddle mostly grade 3 with the odd grade 4 rapid. Expect us to be running rivers like the Greta, Duddon, Crake, Mint, Leven and Kent.

This trip will best suit paddlers who have a moderate amount of experience on grade 3, perhaps looking to push themselves a little bit beyond; ideally, you will be very comfortable on the lower Tryweryn, and have at least a few successful runs of the upper Tryweryn behind you.
