The 2 Ds are going to the firworks ( 3rd snoring at home i suspect)  at the flower show by boat ( im sure that should be a title for a book by Enid Blyton but anyway) if you want to come let us know 

The event will take place in The Quarry in Shrewsbury. the firework displays ending  the flower show  and will be accompanied by a dynamic musical soundtrack. ( although last time i went there were so many people on the water you could only hear them) 

you will need boat BA paddle something to drink, suitable clothing and a headtorch and a glow stick attached to the back of your BA ( this is non negotialble).

sparkly fairy lights, adorning your craft or other colourfull stuff is always fun so please feel free to add this to your craft. 

if you want (and its not oftern i say this )you can bring some alcohol or jump of at the boathouse for a drink as we will have a bit of a wait  and time ( obviously dont get drunk or go over the limit for drink driving and its all good) 

There wil be lots of comercial boat operators on the water i suspect most w ill launch from Frankwell (the same as us) so we are suggesting getting to frankwell to park in the normal place for 20:15 to be on the water by 20:30 

nb fireworks are suggested to go off at 21:45 to 22:15 so a tad wait the journey up is ten minutes. and afterward we shall  enjoy the normal skirmish back to frankwell. ( we will try and stay as a group but be aware that  you can get lost in the amount of boats/ crafts/ skudo/s etc  parked up by the boathouse when they turn like a Tsunami to all go back at the same time  ). we will also try to ensure that if you disapear we will arange a place to meet up etc. 

so its a bit of hanging around at the boat house and josherling for a good view a bit of a wait and then the fun fireworks and the giggle back whilst watching others open a hamper and drink alcholo ( or you can bring one)  good fun and free to watch. 

There will also be other people parking at the cricket pitch and there is a match on so its a bit first come first served re parking i am afraid so hence the early start to get a place. ( NB please try and ensure you have a shrewsbury sticker in your car and preferably a craft on your roof if you are checked by the security as we have permission)
