A holiday of a difference , some of the Ds are off to france and you are invited.

this will be either a club trips or mates trips depending on numbers paddling over around 10 days some beautiful and traditional Canoe trails in France.

aka warm water ( average last year 20C and very clean waters)

current plan will be 

paddle the rivers

 Alllier,

Gorges de Chassezac

and the Ardeche

river grade will be grades 2 and 3. we may also paddle other rivers dependent on rain levels and peoples ability.

the Ds are planning on staying in hotels, bed and breakfast, air bnb etc but there are plenty of camp sites in and around the area some right by the river.

expressions of interest and then we will set up a what's up group etc to finalize details.

we will also put on some trips in Blighty for practice and offer coaching for those who have not been paddling White water.

you will need some good knowledge of paddling under flow of water and being able to ferry guide and move sideways, along with a competent capsize and  some knowledge of swim lines would be advantageous.
