On Friday 22nd August we are planning a leisurely day for canoes, SUP's & kayaks on the River Severn at Atcham.

Leaders will be Dave C (canoe & SUP) & Anita (kayak) & possibly others too.

Meet at 10am Atcham, Paradise Field (opposite Mytton & Mermaid Pub).

In the morning we plan to paddle upstream a little and practice some skills and play some games then have a lunch break on Paradise Field.

After lunch we'll practice very gentle moving water skills on the flow and eddy line just below the bridge.

There will be a Peer Paddle option but please do still book on as a Peer Paddle

Please let Dave or Anita know if you need to borrow any kit from the club well in advance of the paddle and please pay for this hire via the website.

Kit needed: Paddling clothing appropriate for weather forecast. If hot, plenty of water to drink / sun hats / sun cream. 

Paddling kit: - paddle, BA, spraydeck if using, air bags, swim line for canoes, crash helmets for the afternoon, waist leashes for SUP's

Lunch / snacks.
