the 2 Ds are taking a nice 24 Km paddle through Bridgnorth along the river seven  described as a lovely pleasant paddle along the wooded valley and the river seven railway bridge running alongside. Note there are some very small easy  and enjoyable rapids if water levels are low. All crafts are welcome ( well coracle would be a long day ) there are normally a lot of hire crafts on this stretch but hopefully as not in full season yet we can avoid them.

You will need to be proficient to paddle in a straight line for well around 14 miles ( with rest stops and second breakfast thrown in) , usual kit  boat paddle, BA,  hat, Helmet for the one small rapid ( think fish weirs), food ( yes more food ), drink, spare clothing . etc,

Get in will be Bridgnorth large public car park  Bridgnorth seven WV15 5AF (car park has cashless and ticketless parking facilities through the MiPermit app so please download the app before coming ). will cost around 6-8 pound for the day

Get out will Bewdley bridge ( parking garden meadows car park DY12 2DP ) will cost between 6-8 pounds for the day cashless parking via MiPermit

The trip ok so we will have train whistles ( steam) , Birds, Thomas Telford bridge ( yes another one )  built 1810, some riffles ( or grade 1 rapids if you prefer) but in high water not there , The waterworks Bridge , some of the Wye Forrest and  Bewdley ( known as beautiful place) its a family trip so guests are welcome but places will be limited. any questions ask a D
