What can i say its a 3Ds trip down a mostly gentle scenic trip with the odd grade 1-2 depending on water levels and the 1 weir, we may portage or run ( aka bring a bonce protector*helmet).

You will need; first aid, personal kit, boat, paddle, food/drink, BA, helmet, hat, more food (ts a 3d paddle). Must have ability to paddle in a straight line. The book says it takes around 2-3 hours that said if water levels are low it may take longer. So be prepared for around a 4-5 hour trip. You will need money as we are pub to pub and will need to ALL say thank you, with a drink at the end to the nice Barkeep who let us park there.
