An earlier start this month at 0900 in order to be finished in time for the container cleanup at 1000.  Arrive at 0830 for first boats off at 0900.

Join us for the fourth Shrewsbury Canoe Club time trial of the year.

Open to all paddlers and boats (white water, sea kayak, open canoe, racing, SUP, polo etc) with a choice of 2.5km and 5km courses. We'll orgainse a rough handicap, setting the slowest boats off first with the aim of everyone finishing close together.
This will be a peer paddle as you will need to be able to self rescue if no one is close enough to help out.
You'll need a boat, paddle, bouyancy aid, suitable paddling clothing depending on the weather and a change of clothes for afterwards.
Free for club members with their own boats and paddling kit. £4 entry fee for non-members and/or boat hire.
Changing available in the cricket pavilion (depending on cricket club use) plus tea and snacks afterwards.
