On September 8th in the evening club coach Nick Redshaw is running a multicraft rescue practice session. This session aimed at those people doing their Paddlesport Leader Training.

Please arrive to be ready for 6:30pm start on the water.

Please book on early to avoid disappointment as due to limited car parking we have to limit spaces. If people can car share we can open this opportunity up to more members.

Arthog have overall responsibility for the site and are allowing us access, we have agreed a cost of £4 per paddler for a session and that money will go straight to Arthog from the club for the benefit of the children they work with.

For all rescue practice wearing a helmet is required

As great as the venue is the water is colder than the river and than the sea, so appropriate clothing is important.  A dry suit is highly recommended. Warm clothes for getting changed into. Warm drink a good idea too for afterwards.
