Join us for Shrewsbury Canoe Club's December time trial.

Open to all paddlers and boats (white water, sea kayak, open canoe, racing, SUP, polo etc) with a choice of 2.5km and 5km courses. We'll organise a rough handicap, setting the slowest boats off first with the aim of everyone finishing close together.

This will be a peer paddle as you will need to be able to self rescue if no one is close enough to help out.

You'll need a boat, paddle, buoyancy aid, suitable paddling clothing depending on the weather and a change of clothes for afterwards.

Free for club members with their own boats and paddling kit. £4 entry fee for non-members and/or boat hire.

Changing available in the cricket pavilion (depending on cricket club use) plus tea and snacks afterwards.Any questions please email racing@shrewsburycanoeclub.org
